Uttarakhand HC Dismisses Bail Application of Haldwani Violence Accused, Abdul Malik - 03.09.2024

Uttarakhand HC Court while dismissing the bail application of Abdul Malik, main accused in the Haldwani Violence case has observed that an appeal against the order of the Sessions Court refusing to grant bail could only be preferred before the Division Bench of High Court under Sec. 21 of NIA, 2008.
