Gauhati High Court Sets Aside CCI Order Imposing Penalty on Cement Company - 02.09.2024

The Gauhati High Court has set aside an order passed by the Competition Commission of India (CCI) imposing a penalty of Rs. 5,00,000 on a Star Cement Company for not complying with its Director General's directions.
