Bombay HC Imposes Fine on Premier Stationery for Breaching Infringement Order Protecting Fevicol Mark - 02.09.2024

The Bombay High Court has slapped a fine of Rs. 50 lakh on Premier Stationery Industries Pvt. Ltd. for breaching its earlier order restraining Premier from using the Fevicol trademark owned by Pidilite Industries.
