Delhi HC Dismissed Plea Challenging Nitish Kumar's Election as Party President - 02.09.2024

The Delhi High Court has rejected a plea challenging the party elections of Janata Dal United (JDU) held in 2016 wherein Nitish Kumar was elected as President of the political party.
