RG Kar Rape-Murder Case: Calcutta HC Releases Student, Leading March Towards State Secretariat - 02.09.2024

The Calcutta High Court has directed the release of a student, Sayan Lahiri, who was booked for leading a march towards the State secretariat in Nabanna. The student was alleged to be the leader of the 'Paschim Banga Chhatra Samaj', an organisation which led a call for protests.
