Finance Ministry Clarifies that Members of Queer Community Can Open Joint Bank Accounts - 30.08.2024

Ministry of Finance has issued a notification clarifying that members of the queer community can open a joint bank account and can also nominate their queer partner as a nominee in order to receive money in case of account holder’s death.
