Supreme Court: Contempt Case Against DDA Over Tree Felling Shifted to CJI - 29.08.2024

Contempt Case against Delhi Development Authority regarding the felling of trees shall now be heard by the bench led by the Chief Justice of India instead of Justice Abhay S Oka led bench.
