HP HC: When S. 29A(4) of A&C Act Applies, Application Under Section 151 of CPC Won’t be Maintainable - 28.08.2024

Himachal Pradesh High Court has held that when a particular provision exists under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for extension of time of arbitration proceedings, application under Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 will not be maintainable.
