SC: Unfortunate that People are Not Getting Bail Even in Magistrate Triable Cases - 28.08.2024

Supreme Court while granting bail to an accused of forgery and cheating, has observed that it is very unfortunate that now people are not getting bail even in Magistrate triable cases and people have to come to the Supreme Court for this.
