SC Stays Ministry of Ayush’s Notification Omitting Rule 170 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945 - 28.08.2024

Supreme Court has stayed Ministry of Ayush’s notification issued on 1 July, 2024 whereunder, the Drugs (Fourth Amendment) Rules 2024, have been notified, stating that Rule 170 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules 1945 shall stand omitted.
