SC: MoRTH Directed to Establish Portal & Toll Free Number for Complaints of Encroachment on Highways - 28.08.2024

Supreme Court has directed the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) to create a portal on which citizens can lodge complaints about the encroachments on highways and a facility of a toll-free number should also be created.
