SC: Benefit of Proviso to S.45 of PMLA Can’t be Denied to Woman Merely Because She is Well Educated - 28.08.2024

Supreme Court has observed that merely because a woman is highly educated, or sophisticated or a Member of Parliament or a Member of Legislative Assembly, she should not be denied the benefit to proviso to Section 45(1) of PMLA Act, 2002.
