Raj. HC: Rule 76 of Raj. Minor Mineral Concession Rules Applicable When Lease Holder Dies Intestate - 27.08.2024

Rajasthan High Court has held that Rule 76 of Rajasthan Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 2017 which provides for procedure of mutation of the mineral license, shall only be applicable when the lease holder dies intestate, without any will.
