Del. HC: Denying Admission After Seat Allotment by DoE Violates Objective of RTE Act - 27.08.2024

Delhi High Court has observed that if a student is denied admission once he/she has been allotted seat by the Directorate of Education (DoE), it would be violative of objectives which the Right to Education Act, 2009 seeks to achieve.
