Supreme Court: Registrar Must Ensure that Assistants Work Diligently - 23.08.2024

Supreme Court has stated that the Registrar shall ensure that the dealing assistants and senior court assistants diligently perform their work. Any recurrence of error or remissness of the nature that has been noticed, if brought to notice once again, may expose them to serious consequences.
