SC: Asking Advocates to File Physical Copies of Appeal After E-Filing Defeats Purpose of Online Mode - 21.08.2024

SC has observed that asking advocates to file physical copies of appeals in addition to e-filing at NCDRC would defeat the purpose of online mode and if some judges are uncomfortable with e-files, the answer is to provide training to them and not to continue with old and outmoded ways of working.
