SC: Contempt Notice to be Issued for Non-Compliance of Conditions Related to Tree Felling - 21.08.2024

Supreme Court while dealing with the issue of enhancing the green cover in Delhi, has warned the authorities that if there is even slight non-compliance of conditions that are imposed while felling trees, it will issue contempt proceedings.
