Del. HC: Centre Directed to Act Against Illegal Online Sale of Hookahs Without Proper Warnings - 21.08.2024

Delhi High Court has directed the Centre to treat PIL seeking action against illegal online sale of hookahs without proper warning, as a representation and pass appropriate orders including necessary action in accordance with law within three months.
