Jammu And Kashmir HC Asks for Formulation of Policy On Heavy School Bags - 16.06.2016

Jammu And Kashmir HC has asked education department to come up with a policy on reducing burden of heavy school bags on children within three months, after a petition was filed by an undergraduate student.
