Supreme Court Expresses Disinclination Towards Entertaining Plea of Euthanasia - 21.08.2024

Supreme Court while hearing a plea for euthanasia, of a man suffering from diffuse axonal injury with Permanent Vegetative state, Quadriplegia with 100% disability, has rejected the plea and observed that it was not a case fit for passive euthanasia.
