SC: Detenue Can Challenge Preventive Detention Order on Ground of Non-Supply of Documents - 20.08.2024

Supreme Court has held that preventive detention order can be challenged by detenue on ground of non-supply of documents and he does not need to prove that such withholding of documents caused prejudice to him.
