Del. HC Approves Transfer of Mortal Remains of Man Who Died in UK - 20.08.2024

Delhi High Court has approved the transfer of mortal remains of a man belonging to Hyderabad who died in Chertsey, United Kingdom and directed the Centre to issue NOC to the wife of the deceased for transfer of her husband's mortal remains from UK to Hyderabad.
