Country’s First Exclusive Digital Court for Negotiable Instruments Act Cases Inaugurated - 20.08.2024

Supreme Court judge Justice BR Gavai inaugurated the Country's first exclusive Digital Court for Negotiable Instruments Act Cases in Kollam, Kerala. The aim of this initiative is to reduce the pendency cheque dishonor cases under Section 138 of NI Act, 1881.
