MP HC: Registration of Label Cannot be Denied on Mere Ground of Objection by Third Party - 14.08.2024

MP HC has held that, for registration of a label Excise Commissioner may make an enquiry and if he is satisfied that pre-requisites for registration have been complied with he may register the label. Objection to such registration has to be legal and not an objection submitted by a third party.
