Cal. HC: Government Should take Steps to Extend Benefits of Child Care Leave to Fathers - 14.08.2024

Cal. HC has observed that time has come when the Government should treat its employees equally without any discrimination between the male and the female employees and should take a decision to extend benefit of Child Care Leaves to the male employees as has been done in the case of the females.
