Del. HC: POCSO Act being Misused by Girl’s Family that Objects Her Romantic Relationship With a Boy - 14.08.2024

Delhi High Court while granting bail to an accused in a POCSO case, has observed that POCSO Act, 2012 is being misused by family of girls that object to their romantic relationship with young boys as a result of which such boys languish in jail.
