To Review Effectiveness of Maharashtra Slum Areas Act, Bombay HC Constitutes Special Bench - 14.08.2024

Bombay High Court has issued a notification for constitution of a special bench for hearing the PIL filed for comprehensive audit of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance & Redevelopment) Act of 1971.
