Del. HC: Rajdeep Sardesai to Take Down Defamatory Video of BJP Leader Shazia Ilmi - 14.08.2024

Delhi High Court has directed journalist Rajdeep Sardesai to take down video posted by him on ‘X’, showing BJP leader Shazia Ilmi allegedly abusing a video journalist of India Today. The Court has directed the removal of video till final disposal of the case.
