Del. HC: Withholding Names of Institutes or Universities Attended by Current Employees is Justified - 14.08.2024

Del. HC has held that Central Information Commissioner’s decision to withhold the names of institutes or universities attended by current employees is justified under Section 8(1)(j) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 as disclosure of such information is clearly not in the larger public interest.
