SC: If Land Acquisition Compensation Not Paid, Schemes Like Ladli Behna Will be Stopped - 14.08.2024

Supreme Court has reprimanded the State of Maharashtra for not coming up with a reasonable figure for compensation in cases where State illegally occupied a person’s property and warned the State that if no reasonable amount is decided it shall stop schemes like Ladli Behna.
