Bom. HC: 3-Weeks Interim Protection Granted to Refugee Family Served With ‘Leave India Notice’ - 13.08.2024

Bom. HC has granted three weeks interim protection to a refugee family served with ‘Leave India Notice’ as they had overstayed their visa. The protection was granted on the ground that the family had already applied for Australian visa and was waiting for response from Australian authorities.
