All HC: Authorities Can Survey Business Premises if Detained Goods Not Accompanied with Proper Docs. - 13.08.2024

Allahabad High Court has held that the GST authorities have full mechanism as well as power that after detaining the goods, if the same were not accompanying with the proper documents, the authority can make survey of the business premises to find out the correctness of transaction.
