SC: Notice Issued in Petition Challenging Ker. HC Order Related to Downloading of Child Pornography - 13.08.2024

Supreme Court has issued notice in a petition challenging Kerala High Court’s order in which it was held that a person merely downloading child pornography in his phone cannot be said to have committed an offence under the POCSO Act, 2012 or the Information Technology Act, 2000.
