Supreme Court: Plea Challenging Decision to Hold UGC-NET on Aug 21, Dismissed - 12.08.2024

Supreme Court has dismissed a petition that challenged the decision to hold re-examination for the UGC-NET exam. The Court stated if the petition is entertained it would only add to the uncertainty and create chaos.
