Delhi Court Orders Criminal Proceedings against Unitech - 15.06.2016

A Delhi District Court has ordered that proceedings be initiated against real estate developer Unitech and its promoters along with its top executives under sector 420 of Indian Penal Code in a case of cheating filed by a homebuyer.
