Kar HC: No Interference in Settlement Commission's Order Accepting Expl. In the Spirit of Settlement - 12.08.2024

Karnataka High Court has held that acceptance of explanation ‘in the spirit of settlement’ by the Settlement Commission, cannot put the commission at fault for interference in exercise of the limited jurisdiction.
