Supreme Court: Disclosure Made by Accused Irrelevant if Fact Previously Known to Police - 12.08.2024

Supreme Court has held that, if a disclosure is made by the accused under Section 27 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 regarding the crime, such disclosure shall be irrelevant if the fact is already known to the police.
