Bombay High Court: Judgement Reserved in Kunal Kamra’s Petition Challenging IT Amendment Rules, 2023 - 09.08.2024

Bombay High Court has reserved its judgement in the petition filed by comedian Kunal Kamra challenging the IT Amendment Rules, 2023 that empower the Union Government to establish Fact Checking Units (FCUs) in order to identify fake and misleading information.
