P&H HC: Work-Week of 5 Days Cannot be Assumed by Government Employees - 09.08.2024

P&H High Court while disposing of plea by Government employees seeking extra wages for working on Saturdays, has observed that Government employees cannot assume that they will have a work week of 5 days and cannot claim compensation for working on Saturday as a matter of right.
