All. HC: Appeal Filed With 1191 Days Delay, Inquiry Directed Against Erring Officers - 08.08.2024

Allahabad High Court while hearing an appeal filed after a delay of 1191 days, has directed the Principal Secretary, Medical and Health Services, U.P. to initiate inquiry against erring officials because of whom the appeal was filed with such delay.
