Bom. HC: No Power on Cooperative Court to Return Plaint to Approp. Court When it Lacks Jurisdiction - 08.08.2024

Bombay High Court has observed that there is no provision under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 that empowers the Cooperative Court to return the dispute for presentation to the Court having jurisdiction when the Cooperative Court lacks jurisdiction to try the issue under dispute.
