Rajasthan HC: State Government Granting Bonus Marks is Purely Policy Decision - 07.08.2024

Raj. HC has held that if State Govt. has chosen not to provide any bonus marks for services, like the post of Medical Officer (Dental), then it cannot be held to be discriminatory simply on the ground that in other recruitment processes, the State Govt. generally provides for grant of bonus marks.
