SC: Petitions Seeking Fast-Tracking of Hearings in High Court Can’t be Entertained - 07.08.2024

Supreme Court while expressing that it cannot entertain petitions seeking fast-tracking of hearings in High Court, has observed that considering the huge backlog of cases in High Courts, a Supreme Court direction to expedite one particular case could cause disruptions.
