SC: Suo Motu Cognizance Taken of Unusual Order Passed by P&H High Court - 07.08.2024

Supreme Court has taken suo motu cognizance of an unusual order passed by the Punjab and Haryana High Court which observed that the Supreme Court has a tendency of to presume that it is more supreme than it actually is.
