Bom. HC: Merely Pulling Hair or Pushing Woman During Quarrel Doesn’t Outrage Her Modesty - 06.08.2024

Bombay High Court has held that pulling hair or pushing a woman during a quarrel does not constitute the offence of outraging the modesty of a woman as during a quarrel it is obvious someone will pull hair of the woman or may push her but that cannot qualify as outraging modesty of the woman.
