Raj. HC: Bail Denied to Man Who Was Not Mentioned in FIR but Accompanied Accused to Crime Scene - 05.08.2024

Raj. HC while rejecting the bail application of a man who was not named in FIR but accompanied the accused to the crime scene, has observed that even though the bail applicant did not actively participate in attacking the victim but his involvement in the crime shows the gravity of his role.
