SC: Relief Granted to UPSC Aspirant Who Missed His Re-Medical Test in 2014 - 05.08.2024

SC has granted relief to a UPSC aspirant who missed his re-medical test, by invoking its plenary jurisdiction under Article 142 of COI in order to do complete justice with the aspirant and also clarified that this decision shall not be treated as a precedent as this is an exceptional case.
