Supreme Court: Debt Recovery Tribunal to be Established in Jammu and Kashmir - 05.08.2024

Supreme Court while hearing a plea against the Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court's decision to allow challenges to actions under the SARFAESI Act to be made before the High Court, has observed that there is a need of establishing local Debt Recovery Tribunals (DRTs) in Jammu and Kashmir.
