Bom. HC: Courts Cannot Assess If a Dog is Aggressive or Not and What Makes it Aggressive - 03.08.2024

Bombay High Court while directing BMC to constitute an Animal Welfare Committee for a society in Mumbai in order to deal with the issue of stray dogs, has observed that Court cannot assess if a dog is aggressive or not and what makes it aggressive. It is for the expert committee to decide.
