Kerala HC: Cannot Rely on Settlement Affidavit to Quash Rape Case - 03.08.2024

Kerala High Court has held that whether the relationship between parties is consensual, is a matter to be decided during evidence and an offence like rape cannot be quashed on the basis of a settlement affidavit.
